These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and senang88 ("senang88", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the website located at https://senang88.cam and all associated mobile applications, services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

senang88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform, linked to a unique username and verified identity.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds unless a wagering requirement has been met.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• "Gross Gaming Revenue" or "GGR" means the total amount wagered by Players minus total winnings paid out, before any deductions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by senang88 prior to processing withdrawals, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.
• "Platform" means the website at https://senang88.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, APIs, and any other digital interface provided by senang88.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where the Player's access to or use of the Platform would violate applicable local laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet Bonus Funds (or the sum of deposit and bonus) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sports market, or other wagering product available on the Platform.

Access to the Platform and registration of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation on the senang88 Platform is strictly 21 years. Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account or placing any Wager.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the senang88 Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other party.
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently experiencing, a gambling disorder that has resulted in a referral to or treatment by a healthcare professional, unless you have been formally discharged from such treatment.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information accurate and updated at all times and to notify senang88 promptly of any changes.

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal — and at any other point where senang88 deems it necessary for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention — you will be required to complete a KYC verification process. This process may include submission of one or more of the following:

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). senang88 supports a range of Malaysian payment channels including, but not limited to, DuitNow Instant Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank, as well as e-wallet services including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are stated on the Platform's cashier page, which may be updated from time to time. As a general guideline, minimum deposits via e-wallet begin at RM30, and minimum deposits via FPX bank transfer begin at RM50.

• Deposits made via e-wallets and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed once KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Processing times vary by payment method; senang88 targets same-day processing for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with our support team.
• senang88 does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Funds must originate from and be returned to an account held in your own name.
• If a deposit is charged back, reversed, or disputed by your payment provider without senang88's consent, we reserve the right to void any winnings generated from those funds and close your Account.

senang88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless expressly varied by the terms of a specific promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount or the combined deposit-and-bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, you may not place any single wager exceeding the amount specified in the promotion terms (typically between RM250 and RM500 per round or spin). Breach of this condition will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute at 10% to 20%. • Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds will expire and be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the time window specified in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting).
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a maximum cap on the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• One Promotion Per Player: Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player basis. Claiming the same promotion through multiple Accounts or through the use of shared devices or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for forfeiture and Account closure.

senang88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, misrepresentation, or any form of fraudulent conduct in connection with a promotion.

The specific rules applicable to each game type (slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, and other categories) are set out within the game interface itself or on the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific matters.

Sports betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other covered competitions are subject to additional sports-specific rules, including but not limited to rules on match abandonment, void bets, in-play cashout eligibility, and odds changes post-placement. • All bets are final once accepted by the Platform. senang88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend placed bets, except where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or a live sporting event feed, senang88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• Where a game result or sporting outcome is subject to an official review, declaration, or appeal, senang88 may withhold settlement of the affected wager pending the final official outcome.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet and per event apply and are displayed on the relevant product page. senang88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping, coordinated betting, and angle-shooting in live poker or table game contexts;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, misconfigured odds, or any other technical fault in the Platform ("advantage play" in bad faith);
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profits by exploiting inconsistencies between senang88's odds and those of other operators;
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing a suspension or self-exclusion;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with senang88;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Platform or any of its underlying systems;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf, or accessing any other Player's Account without their explicit and verifiable consent.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphical interfaces, text, images, logos, trademarks, trade names, audiovisual materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of senang88 or is licensed to senang88 by its content providers and game studio partners. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer upon you any right to copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, publicly display, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of senang88.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will constitute an infringement of senang88's rights and may give rise to both civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, senang88 expressly disclaims all implied warranties.

senang88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential — arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform, including periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Any error, delay, or failure in the transmission of data between your device and the Platform;
• Any loss of data, Account information, or transaction records resulting from technical malfunction;
• Any wagering decisions made by you, including decisions based on information displayed on the Platform;
• Any third-party service provider failure, including failures by payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, or DuitNow.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit senang88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Bonus Funds and non-withdrawable promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, senang88 will retain any balance held in the Account until the investigation is concluded. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the date on which the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, formation, or validity (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations under which senang88 holds its international gaming licence.
